Meet the team

Katja Vincetić | Founder and Consultant

Hello, I am happy that you are reading this! Let me introduce myself and tell you more about what me and my network of consultants do. 

I started my career at a fast-growing communications company, where I spent 5 years shaping HR and business teams across Europe and North America. I helped build a global HR department from scratch and got involved in all aspects of HR.

Later on, I specialized in HR digital transformation, leading HR departments through changes, using new HR technology, and improving processes and employee experiences to boost business success.

Now, as an HR Transformation Consultant, I create agile HR functions that are strategic and can quickly adapt to changing business needs. My goal is to develop future-ready HR strategies in today’s digital world.

How we see HR today

After years of experience in building and managing Human Resources teams within diverse organizations, we've witnessed a growing need for a departure from traditional HR models. Many HR teams have historically operated in functional silos or specialized centers of excellence, a setup that served its purpose in the past but has become increasingly out of touch with today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

In the realm of human resources and people operations, we view the employee experience as a subscription product. When individuals join a company, they essentially subscribe to this experience. Just like any other subscription, they have the option to renew or cancel it each month, depending on their satisfaction.

 

This perspective sees the employees' perceptions about the company, their career journey, and their interactions at various touchpoints within the organization as elements that collectively constitute the overall employment experience – essentially, it's the product they're subscribing to. By applying a product management mindset, HR can more effectively enhance and deliver this subscription experience, addressing the ever-changing needs of both the business and its employees.
